Privacy policy

This site sets no analytics cookies and calls no advertising tools. The only data we receive is what you write in the request form. The request form is delivered by the third-party service Web3Forms, which relays your message to our mailbox and acts as a data processor.

What we collect

Your projectType of event, date, place and city, number of attendees, duration, services and broadcast required, deadlines, formats delivered, and the running order you write freely.

YouName, company, email address, telephone number.

Nothing elseNo tracking, no profiling, no purchased or enriched data.

Why, and for how long

This information is used solely to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given through the form’s checkbox, in the context of a pre-contractual relationship. It is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted. It is neither shared nor sold.

Who has access

The Pleine Image teamThe people handling the commercial reply and the technical preparation.

Form deliveryThe form is passed to a third-party service whose only role is to send the email to our inbox, without keeping its content for other purposes.

VimeoThe video players on the Work page are loaded from Vimeo in “do not track” mode. If you start playback, your IP address is passed to Vimeo, whose privacy policy then applies.

Your rights

You may ask to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict its use or object to its processing: write to contact@pleineimage.com, and we reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
